2024 ADCC Annual Retreat Highlights
ADCC dance competition owners and staff members, special guests and speakers came together for the 2024 ADCC Annual Retreat, September 23-25 at the Opal Grand Oceanfront Resort & Spa in Delray Beach, Florida.
Themed FLOCK FORWARD!, the ADCC’s 2024 gathering brought members together for a in Delray Beach, Florida, for professional development and fun. Panels, speakers and peer breakouts offered practical solutions, insights, and food for thought, all designed to help your company build on the collective power of the ADCC. Attendees learned from peers in breakout sessions, explored the latest member innovations in production, merchandising, and safeguarding a business from risk. They also got to know Business Partners and Trade Show Exhibitors who could help them save money, streamline the business, or elevate a company’s customer service experience to the next level.
In addition to business sessions, there were ample social opportunities as well: a team-building Survey Says trivia contest on Monday, an opening night party at THRōW Social® Delray Beach, open to all on Monday evening, a special Downtown Delray Bar Crawl on Tuesday evening, and a fun beach-themed party, Seaside Shenanigans, to cap off the conference.
We were excited to see you at the recent Annual Retreat — recently renamed to reflect the relaxing, sociable, think-tank spirit of this redesigned signature ADCC event.

Vendor Fair
This year’s Vendor Fair was held on Tuesday and Wednesday, September 24 and 25, and featured special signature drinks and fun door prizes both days. The Vendor Fair highlighted Business Partners and Trade Show Exhibitors offering products and services to the dance competition industry, to help members save money and streamline their businesses.
Business Partners for 2024 year include Custom Built Awards, DanceBUG, Discount Dance, Rose Brand and TourPro Software. Trade Show Exhibitors included Air Comm Radios, ConferenceDirect, Connect Payment Techonolgies, Gerriets Dance Floors, POMS Insurance Brokers, and U.S. Apparel, along with Media Partners DanceCompetitionHub.com and Inside Dance magazine.
ADCC Social Events

New Member Orientation
Those new to the ADCC are invited to attend a New Member Orientation on Sunday, September 22 (before the conference begins) to learn about how to take full advantage of membership in our association. Current members are also welcome at the session to learn more about ADCC new and existing programs and services.

Hotel Information
This year’s conference hotel was the Opal Grand Oceanfront Resort & Spa in Delray Beach, Florida, a beautiful property right on the Atlantic beachfront.
ADCC has contracted a room block only available ONLY to ADCC members and vendors registered for the 2024 Annual Retreat, at a special room rate of $219/night for single/double occupancy. The rate does not include a $20 resort fee per night.
