Presenting Studio Of Excellence Awards
ADCC MEMBERS: Thank you for being a part of the ADCC’s Studio of Excellence Program!
Here are guidelines to follow when presenting ADCC Studio of Excellence Awards for 2024-2025.
Ordering SOE Awards
You will order ALL SOE Award Banner Packages, for Regionals AND Nationals, in September/October.
Regional Banners are 3′ x 2′ vinyl banners for $9 apiece. Custom Built Awards will ship these banners directly to you in October/November 2024.
National Banners are 5′ x 2′ vinyl banners for $20 apiece. Custom Built Awards will ship these banners directly to you in Spring 2025.
Banners will be shipped with stickers that MUST BE APPLIED TO THE BACK OF EACH BANNER before you present them. The stickers contain a QR code and instructions for studios about how to register as a Studio of Excellence winner.
If you did NOT order SOE materials at the 2024 Annual Retreat with a Payment Authorization form after the Retreat, you may click on the button below to place your order for 2025-2025.

2024-2025 SOE Awards — REGIONALS
FROM THE ADCC
In the fall, you will receive an email from the ADCC with PDFs to print: an SOE AWARD INSTRUCTION SHEET, and the current SOE SCRIPT, to be read onstage when you are presenting your ADCC Studio of Excellence Awards. The script is just a guideline; you can add your own criteria, etc.
If you need to print extra copies of either, just click on the PDF links below:
DIRECTLY FROM THE BANNER VENDOR
PRESENTING THE SOE AWARD AT REGIONALS
At each of your Regional Events, select ONE studio that best exemplifies the values of the ADCC, including working together and striving for excellence. Present the SOE Regional Banner to them onstage using the SOE Script provided.
Be sure to remind them to register their win using the QR code on the back of the banner.

Tell the ADCC about your SOE winners. We do ask SOE winners to complete their own ADCC registrations online, but if you’d like to send us information on who won at your competitions as well, it’s very helpful—we want to make sure we have ALL winners registered for the season.
To submit winner information, you can use the QR code or link to the right to add each winner’s information to the online SOE registration form.
OR send a list of your winners to erin@theadcc.org with this basic information for each:
- Studio Name, Studio City and State
- ADCC Competition/Convention Name/City/Date

Send SOE photos to erin@theadcc.org for use in ADCC publications, OR upload images when you register your winners.
